Title: Business Analyst II - Digital Portals (W2 Only No Chance for 1099/C2C)
Location: Lake Mary Florida :: Onsite
Job Type- Contract
• 5-8 years of Business Analysis experience, preferably in digital products, portals, or enterprise web platforms
• Strong understanding of portal technologies, CMS platforms, APIs/integrations, and authentication models (e.g., SSO, identity management)
• Proficiency writing user stories, requirements documentation, process models, and workflow diagrams
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and common tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence)
• Ability to translate complex business needs into technical requirements and vice versa
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder-management skills
Preferred Skills:
• Experience with customer, partner, or employee portals (e.g., Salesforce Experience Cloud, ServiceNow, custom portals, CMS solutions)
• Familiarity with UX principles, responsive design, and accessibility standards (WCAG)
• Background in data analysis, KPIs/metrics for digital engagement, or digital transformation programs
• Strong problem-solving ability and comfort working in fast-paced, matrixed environments
