Weβre looking for a talented and dynamic contractor to join the Global Incentive Compensation - Scale and Transformation team to support our teamβs strategy, growth, and innovation. This person will be responsible for providing operational excellence and support to the Global Sales Compensation ecosystem around systems, tools, and specific processes/policies. You will collaborate cross-functionally with Sales Compensation, Compensation Design, and Sales Operation teams to further optimize incentive compensation processes.
Your Impact
This position will utilize your strong technical competencies and functional business expertise to identify, evaluate, and develop systems and procedures that meet business user requirements and comply with general IT and Finance audit guidelines. To do this successfully, you will work within the GIC organization to understand business needs and to provide automated solutions. An ability to understand business processes/requirements and communicate technical solutions to the internal client is essential to your success in this role.
Responsibilities
β’ Create/Support the documentation (process flows, user guides, enablement materials, requirements) across key projects.
β’ Write technical requirements and document change management/enablement content for key projects.
β’ Write and maintain operational playbooks.
β’ Create Test Coverage and Test Scripts for UAT.
β’ Participate in UAT Test Execution.
β’ Ability to Triage system issues and engage the right folks to resolve.
β’ Design solutions that can be implemented with minimal disruption to supporting systems, and that are cost-effective.
β’ Ensure solutions are scalable and flexible to meet future business needs.
β’ Anticipate the needs of stakeholders affected by process change and ensure that proposed changes represent the best overall fit for the organization.
β’ Participate in discussions with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business pain points, align on strategy, and recommend the path forward.
β’ Partner with key stakeholders to launch new tools/processes, define success metrics, and publish project outcomes.
β’ Seek opportunities for process improvements through automation or integration of systems.
Required Skills/Experience
β’ 4 - 5+ years of operational responsibilities related to SAAS models preferred (sales compensation experience is a plus).
β’ Demonstrated success in driving projects forward successfully to completion.
β’ Strong technical/analytical skills with an ability to pull and manipulate data in Access, Excel, Python, SQL/SOQL Server, or equivalent tools.
β’ Bachelor's degree is required

β’ Business Analyst or equivalent technical experience is nice to have.
β’ Effective influencer, communication, and interpersonal skills; great listener
