Job Overview:
We are seeking a Sales Compensation & Crediting Analyst to join the Global Sales Compensation team. This role is responsible for order review, incentive commission processing, and case management functions. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and possess strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. This position requires adherence to policies and processes while providing guidance on resolution. The role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Design and Strategy, Plan Operations and Policy, Reporting and Analytics, and Strategy & Enablement. This position is critical to the monthly and quarterly commission processes.
Responsibilities:
β’ Manage the monthly commission process for direct sales teams, ensuring compliance with commission plans and handling exception requests.
β’ Resolve case inquiries and serve as a trusted advisor to the sales team.
β’ Communicate frequently with the sales organization via commission cases and/or Slack.
β’ Process corrections and adjustments as needed.
β’ Act as a trusted partner for all upstream and downstream business functions.
β’ Support projects to enhance sales enablement, SOX readiness, systems integrations, and process efficiencies for global sales organizations.
β’ Create and document policy and process changes.
β’ Analyze data models, related objects, and sales order processes to identify gaps and implement solutions based on existing functionality.
Qualifications:
β’ Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field, and/or 2+ years of relevant work experience.
β’ Proficiency in order management or similar systems, preferably with experience in a CRM environment.
β’ Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills with the ability to connect the dots.
β’ Effective communication skills across functional groups.
β’ Strong analytical, written, and oral communication skills; detail- and process-oriented.
β’ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
β’ Responsive to tight deadlines with strong prioritization skills.
β’ Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
