Job Title: Business Analyst III

Summary:
• We are seeking a Platform Engineer/ Business Analyst with a strong technical foundation and Lean Six Sigma expertise (Green Belt preferred) to drive process improvement and automation across several IT operations.
• The ideal candidate will have experience in Power BI, Power Automate, and software development, with a strong understanding of process optimization and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive process improvement and automation for the following initiatives:
• Vulnerability Management Optimization: Improve visibility and integration of vulnerability tracking with development backlogs.
• Disaster Recovery (DR) Issue Management: Streamline processes for aligning DR issues with project backlogs to enable better reporting and tracking.
• SOP Renewal Process: Automate SOP renewal tracking and notifications to reduce manual overhead.
• End-of-Life (EOL) Software Management: Liaise with LOB IT leaders and update systems like ServiceNow and Archer with EOL plans and documentation.
• Disaster Recovery Liaison: Act as DR partner to ensure documentation is accurate and exercises are completed on time and without defects.
• Analyze, design, and implement solutions using Power BI, Power Automate, and other tools to improve efficiency and visibility.
• Lead and support full lifecycle application development, from requirements gathering to deployment.
• Provide support for testing, quality assurance, documentation, and maintenance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to identify and implement technical and process enhancements.
Required Skills & Experience:
• 2+ years of hands-on Power BI development experience (Desktop, Report Builder, and Service).
• 3–10 years of overall software development experience.
• Strong working knowledge of Power Automate.
• Lean Six Sigma certification or equivalent experience (Green Belt preferred).
• Experience in business analysis and project management in technical environments.
Strong skills in:
• Application design and development.
• Requirements and software analysis.
• Code reviews and system risk analysis.
• Performance tuning and usability.
• Documentation and process standardization.
• Integration with existing systems and data sources.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Experience with tools such as ServiceNow and Archer.
