Business Analyst III

Responsibilities Kforce has a client in San Antonio, TX that is seeking a senior-level Business Analyst to support enterprise technology initiatives across multiple projects. This role partners with business and IT stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze processes, and deliver scalable, data-driven solutions. Responsibilities: • Gather and translate business requirements into functional/technical specifications • Analyze complex business processes, workflows, and data flows • Support system enhancements, integrations, and solution delivery • Develop and execute test plans and support implementation rollout • Act as liaison between business users and technical teams Requirements • 5+ years of business analysis experience • Strong understanding of BA methodologies and Agile practices • Experience with data analysis and reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau a plus) • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law.
