Location: Remote (Hybrid available in Allentown, PA if preferred)Job Type: Full-Time | Remote / HybridDepartment: Information Technology / Data Science Callouts This role is remote, but a hybrid schedule is available if you prefer to work from our Allentown, PA office Experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) Boards, Microsoft Co-Pilot, and the Microsoft Office Suite is required Familiarity with Power BI and SQL is a nice-to-have Job Summary We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst with a foundational understanding of Information Technology (IT) and Artificial Intelligence (AI). This role is perfect for someone who loves technology, enjoys working across teams, and is eager to grow in an Agile project environment. As a Business Analyst, you'll play a key role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions, working alongside data scientists, product owners, and stakeholders to ensure AI and IT initiatives are aligned, well-tracked, and effectively delivered.
