Job Summary
Weβre looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst with a foundational understanding of Information Technology (IT) and Artificial Intelligence (AI). As a Business Analyst, you'll play a key role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions, working alongside data scientists, product owners, and stakeholders to ensure AI and IT initiatives are aligned, well-tracked, and effectively delivered.
Key Responsibilities
Participate in Data Science & AI meetings with both technical and business teams
Manage and maintain Azure DevOps (ADO) boards, ensuring tickets reflect real-time project progress
Help organize meetings, take notes, track action items, and flag risks or blockers
Prepare presentations and documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences
Translate business needs into clear tasks and requirements for development teams
Support Agile ceremonies: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
Monitor project progress, timelines, and help mitigate risks
Assist with continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization
Collaborate across cross-functional teams to ensure clear communication and workflow
Required Qualifications
Bachelorβs degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts, IT systems, or data analytics
Familiarity with Agile methodologies like Scrum or Kanban
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, PowerPoint, and ADO or similar tracking tools
Strong communication, organization, and analytical skills
Self-starter with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Open to learning new tools, taking on challenges, and adapting to change
Preferred Skills
Exposure to Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization tools
Basic knowledge of SQL, data pipelines, or AI workflows
