Title: Product Business Analyst Location: 1525 W W T Harris Blvd Charlotte, NC Alternate Location: 6051/6061 N State Hwy 161 Irving, TX Duration: 6 months Work Engagement: W2 Work Schedule: 3 days in office/2 days remote Benefits on offer for this contract position: Health Insurance, Life insurance, 401K and Voluntary Benefits Summary: In this contingent resource assignment, you may: Participate in low to moderately complex initiatives and identify opportunity for process improvements within Business Execution. Review and analyze basic or tactical Business Execution assignments or challenges that require research, evaluation, and selection of alternatives, related to low-to-medium risk deliverables. Present recommendations for resolving low to moderately complex situations and exercise some independent judgment while developing understanding of function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. Provide information to client personnel in Business Execution. Responsibilities: Lead and facilitate discovery sessions and stakeholder meetings to gather and analyze business requirements. Translate business needs into clear, actionable technical requirements in close collaboration with development teams. Support Agile methodologies and contribute effectively within Scrum teams. Document business processes, requirements, and user stories with clarity and precision. Drive conversations with stakeholders and subject matter experts to uncover needs and define solutions. Utilize tools such as Jira and AI-enhanced features to manage and create user stories efficiently. Help establish foundational Agile practices in preparation for onboarding Product Owners and Scrum Masters. Qualifications: Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship. Proven experience in product and business analysis, with a strong grasp of core BA responsibilities. Confident facilitator with the ability to lead meetings and drive stakeholder collaboration. Hands-on experience working in Agile environments and familiarity with Scrum team dynamics. Proficiency in Jira and comfort using AI tools to enhance productivity and workflow. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both business and technical stakeholders. Self-driven and proactiveβ€”able to take initiative and ownership beyond task execution. Strong leadership presence and ability to guide early-stage requirement sessions. Comfortable navigating ambiguity and evolving structures in a fast-paced environment. Experience in financial services or banking operations is a plus.
