Job Description
β’ As Privileged Access Management (PAM) Analyst, you will play a crucial role for the following currently in-flight and high visibility projects
β’ Develop and execute a comprehensive PAM governance starter aligned with organizational goals and industry best practices
β’ Define and implement policies, procedures, and standards for managing privileged access across the enterprise
β’ Provide technical leadership and guidance to PAM team in the implementation and maintenance of PAM solutions
β’ Identify and assess risks related to privileged access and develop risk mitigation strategies
β’ Conduct regular risk assessments of PAM processes and controls
β’ Ensure PAM practices and controls comply with relevant regulations, standards, and framework ( NIST, ISO 27001)
β’ Develop training programs and materials to educate employees and stakeholders on PAM principles
β’ Drive continuous improvement initiates to enhance PAM governance processes, controls, and technologies
β’ Serve as a subject matter expert on PAM governance matters, providing guidance and support to cross-functional teams.
β’ Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of PAM governance efforts
β’ Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting PAM governance activities, challenges and achievements
Qualifications
β’ At least 5 years of professional experience with significant experience working as a BA on complicated projects with multiple cross functional teams
β’ Proven experience in identity governance, administration in Privileged Access Management (PAM)
β’ Familiarity with identity management tools and systems.
β’ Knowledge of data privacy regulations and security best practices.
β’ Experience using Visio and Microsoft Office Suite
β’ Experienced enough to handle process improvement and synergies "big picture"
β’ Comfortable running sql queries and digging into the details of a project. Curiosity is key!
β’ Experienced in creating metrics and dashboard
Preferred Qualifications
β’ College or University degree and/or relevant proven work experience in the area of Information Security is required
β’ Relevant certifications in identity and access management or data governance.
β’ Experience with identity and access management software such as CyberArk
β’ Highly motivated, self-directed and possess solid execution skills.
β’ Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and resolve data discrepancies.
β’ Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
β’ Demonstrates critical thought and probes beyond the surface of the requested data to get at the valuable (actionable) information.
β’ Able to understand complex concepts quickly.
β’ Detail oriented, but understands broader impacts of requests.
β’ Adjusts quickly to changing priorities as necessary.
β’ Manages multiple tasks and deliverables simultaneously and in an organized and results-oriented manner.
β’ Strives to proactively identify and address areas where business process efficiency and effectiveness improvements would make a positive impact on the top and bottom lines.
β’ Excellent people skills are also necessary since this position interacts with all levels of resources across the entire organization.
