Position: Business Analyst Location: 3 days at SFO CA Role Overview \_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_ Job Description Imaging Platform & Business Requirements β€’ Lead business and functional requirements gathering for radiology and digital pathology image viewing and annotation platforms used in Pharma R&D. β€’ Engage with R&D scientists, clinical operations, imaging SMEs, and CROs to understand workflows for image ingestion, review, labeling, and annotation. β€’ Define end to end requirements for image ingestion, data quality checks, metadata harmonization, viewing, annotation, and downstream analytics. β€’ Document as is / to be workflows, use cases, functional specifications, and non functional requirements (performance, usability, scalability, compliance). β€’ Work with Data Scientists and ML Validation Specialists to document business and clinical requirements for ML algorithms applied to imaging data with intended use of ML models in radiology and digital pathology workflows β€’ Ensure ML requirements align with GCP, FDA, and internal quality standards, without directly performing algorithm testing. β€’ Manage requirement changes and ensure traceability throughout the delivery and validation lifecycle. \_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_ Preferred Skills β€’ Prior experience working with Pharma companies or CROs on imaging or R&D data platforms. β€’ Strong documentation, communication, and cross functional stakeholder management skills. We are seeking a senior Program Manager to lead and drive complex RFPs and delivery programs for Pharma R&D imaging data platforms that integrate clinical imaging, ML/AI, and multi modal R&D data (imaging, omics, clinical, RWD). This role sits at the intersection of business, technology, and science, owning the end to end RFP lifecycle and subsequent program executionβ€”from discovery and solution shaping through delivery governance. The ideal candidate brings strong Pharma R&D domain knowledge with ability to orchestrate cross functional teams (data engineering, ML, clinical SMEs, architecture, partners) in a regulated environment.
