Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst with experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 to join our team. This role is responsible for gathering and documenting business requirements, developing business process flows, and ensuring alignment with service level agreements (SLAs). The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, driving efficiency and clarity across projects.
Key Responsibilities:
β’ Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
β’ Develop and maintain business process models, workflows, and use cases.
β’ Translate business needs into clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
β’ Work closely with technical teams to ensure requirements are understood and implemented correctly.
β’ Analyze and interpret Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to ensure compliance and performance tracking.
β’ Support the configuration and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 to meet business needs.
β’ Facilitate workshops, interviews, and meetings to gather insights and validate solutions.
β’ Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) and training documentation.
β’ Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues.
Qualifications:
β’ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
β’ 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a technology or service-oriented environment.
β’ Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Sales, Customer Service, or Finance & Operations).
β’ Strong understanding of business process modeling and tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart).
β’ Familiarity with ITIL practices and SLA management.
β’ Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
β’ Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
β’ Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience is REQUIRED
Preferred Skills:
β’ Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
β’ Knowledge of Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate).
β’ Certification in CBAP, CCBA, is a plus.
