Personal Attributes
β’ Exceptional communication skills β able to explain complex technical packaging issues to non-technical business stakeholders and vice-versa.
β’ Resilience and diplomacy when managing conflicting priorities and offshore delivery challenges.
β’ Meticulous attention to detail (one incorrect transform or custom action can break 20,000 devices).
β’ βGets things doneβ attitude with a track record of delivering on commitments even when the environment is unstructured.
