Role description
Payrate: $55.00 - $60.00/hr.
Summary:
Company is developing a mobile and web-based dashboard to provide a real-time, unified view of key business and network metrics. The platform will consolidate data across Network Operations, Sales, Activations, and Customer Experience to support both technical and business decision-makers.
Responsibilities
• Drive requirement gathering and process mapping to ensure the dashboard aligns with telecom operations.
• Bridge the gap between business needs and technical delivery, ensuring the dashboard reflects real-world telecom workflows and user expectations.
• Translate telecom data into intuitive, actionable insights for executives, network engineers, and sales teams.
• Accelerate delivery of a centralized platform that reduces manual reporting and enables better decision-making across the organization.
Qualifications
• Deep understanding of mobile network operations, SIM activation, provisioning, porting, and telecom KPIs.
• Experience translating business needs into clear user stories, data requirements, and functional specs.
• Familiarity with KPIs, trend analysis, and building intuitive dashboards for both technical and non-technical users.
• Ability to work closely with designers using tools like Figma to shape user journeys and wireframes.
• Comfort working with structured data, querying/reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), and interpreting metrics.
• Skilled in using JIRA/Confluence to manage backlogs, sprints, and documentation.
• Ability to interface with engineering, product, sales, and network teams to align goals and resolve blockers.
Desired Skills
• Experience with dashboard tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and SQL/data querying.
• Strong communication skills and a user-centric mindset.
• Experience in customer-facing telecom products or operational dashboards is highly preferred.
Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $55.00 - $60.00 /hour. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages. Packages may include medical, dental, and vision benefits, health savings accounts with qualified medical plan enrollment, 10 paid days off, 3 days paid bereavement leave, 401(k) plan participation with employer match, life and disability insurance, commuter benefits, dependent care flexible spending account, accident insurance, critical illness insurance, hospital indemnity insurance, accommodations and reimbursement for work travel, and discretionary performance or recognition bonus. Sick leave and mobile phone reimbursement provided based on state or local law.
