Role description
Job Title: Business Analyst
Location: 2-3 days per week on-site - London
Contract Length: 6 months
IR35 Status: Inside IR35
Rate: £400-£500

Overview
This role supports a newly formed team within the marketing and digital division. The successful candidate will provide business analysis expertise to help shape requirements, improve communication across departments, and support delivery of a Customer Data Platform (CDP) initiative.
Key Responsibilities
• Engage with cross-functional stakeholders across media, CRM, marketing, security, legal, procurement, and engineering teams to gather and clarify requirements.
• Lead business analysis for the CDP programme, understanding stakeholder needs and converting them into user stories and technical specifications.
• Support the RFP process for the new CDP platform (expected January).
• Produce and maintain detailed documentation including process flows, requirements, and project artefacts.
• Operate within Agile or Prince2 methodologies, ensuring structured and transparent delivery.
Required Skills & Experience
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in marketing, digital, or web environments.
• Strong stakeholder management skills - able to navigate complex organisational politics and communicate diplomatically.
• Experience working with Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) and Mobile Measurement Partners (MMPs) is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with tools such as Treasure Data, Tealium, Salesforce Data Cloud, or similar CDP technologies.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills.
• Personable, resilient, and adaptable - able to engage with both technical and non-technical teams.
• Open to considering permanent opportunities.
