Role: Business Analyst Location: Deerfield, IL (Hybrid - 3 days/week onsite) What You Will Do: • Support backlog refinement, UAT planning, and requirements traceability. • Create and build out guidelines for other BAs to follow, ensuring general best practices and consistency across story writing. • Participate in sprint demos. • Maintain backlog visibility and ensure acceptance criteria coverage. • Review/Clarify refinements, user story dependencies, process flows, business logic and testing needs that have been defined by the technical analyst. • Assist QA and developers in understanding business rules and data definitions. • Document and track program decisions and approvals. • Assist in user story estimation. • Be the internal SME of product business requirements. • Prepare Endava internal executive-level reports, dashboards, and presentations. Required: • 4+ years of experience in Agile BA roles. • 1+ years in Agile BA leadership or mentorship roles. • Must have experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, and Power BI. • Strong experience in story writing, backlog grooming, and traceability. • Familiarity with Azure data services and functional workflows. • Excellent collaboration and documentation skills across distributed teams. • Pharmacy business domain experience.
