Job Description: • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior business analyst role • A minimum of 5 years of work experience in a senior business analyst role demonstrating proven expertise translating business requirements into technical requirements for IT-based projects. • At least 4 years of experience gathering business requirements and creating user stories using Agile software development cycles. • Senior-level work experience with all the skills below for IT-based projects. • Team Foundation Server / Azure DevOps • Balsamiq (or other screen mockup tools) • Microsoft Office 365 • Writing user stories and performing quality assurance testing on stories • Monitoring and prioritizing work in an Agile environment • Leading onsite and remote Agile Scrum ceremonies and meetings • Designing prototypes and mock-up designs • Logging deliverables and tracking timelines Certifications: • Agile-related Scrum Master Certification, PMI-PBA certification, or equivalent certification We Believe in Diversity & Inclusion: As a minority-owned company, we deeply value and prioritize inclusion and diversity within our organization.
