Role description
LOCATION: Columbus, Ohio POSITION TYPE: 12 Month Contract POSITION TERMS: Must be local or within a one hour drive Candidate is required to report onsite The Business Analyst job duties include supporting production cases, agency partners and OBG internally driven initiatives. This includes managing the business requirement development life cycle; documenting business rules and functional process maps; developing a requirements traceability matrix; creating test cases, test data, and criteria for acceptance; supporting quality assurance acting as a liaison between the customer community and the technical development team; tracking changes and clarifying any issues/risks; supporting Help Desk functions related to production cases. SKILLS: Experience in Software Development Life Cycle leading requirements gathering and analysis, testing planning and execution. Required 7 Experience using Azure DevOps for projects and work items support Required 1 Experience using Salesforce Customer Relationship Management. Required 3 4-year college degree or equivalent technical study Highly desired IIBA Certification Required Scrum/Agile Certification Highly desired
