Business Analyst

Position: Business Analyst Compensation: $ 40 - 50 /hour, depending on experience Location: Kansas City, Missouri Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Business Analyst to join their team! As a Business Analyst, you'll play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business priorities and technical implementation. This is a backfill position due to a recent direct hire opportunity, offering a dynamic environment where you can thrive and grow. The role involves working closely with product owners and delivery teams to refine business stories into actionable technical requirements, ensuring the delivery of high-value, scalable data products. Key Responsibilities & Duties: • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams • Develop understanding of technical systems and business processes • Elicit user and technical requirements for new initiatives • Refine business requirements into detailed technical requirements • Collaborate with architects and engineers for platform alignment • Support design of CI/CD pipelines and data transformation workflows • Ensure projects stay on track towards deliverable commitments • Apply critical thinking to troubleshoot issues effectively Required Qualifications & Experience: • Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years technical business analysis experience • Knowledge of agile development methodology and practices • Experience with Atlassian Jira and Confluence • Ability to write technical acceptance criteria • Familiarity with data platforms and governance tools • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills Nice to Have Skills & Experience: • Experience working with Jira and Confluence • Exposure to GCP, Confluent, Kafka, and Apigee Perks & Benefits: • 3 different medical health insurance plans, dental, and vision insurance • Voluntary and Long-term disability insurance • Paid time off, 401k, and holiday pay • Weekly direct deposit or pay card deposit If you are interested in learning more about the Business Analyst opportunity, please submit your resume for consideration.
