Summary :
Experience as a Business Analyst, in finance or financial systems with strong understanding of general ledger, financial reporting, budgeting, grants
Experience working with custom-built or configurable financial systems.
Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Visio)
Familiarity with SDLC and agile methodologies (Scrum, Sprint).
Experience in analyzing issues, problem-solving, and communication skills required.
Ability to translate complex financial rules based on the stories into the technical requirements.
Experience with ERP systems (e.g. Oracle financials, financial applications).
Knowledge of financial data modeling and database structures.
Basic understanding like APIs, ETL tools and integration between finance modules
Experience working in government or public-sector environments
