Job Description We are seeking an Application Architect III to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in business analysis, data modeling, and technical delivery within risk technology and a proven ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and drive end-to-end implementation. Responsibilities: • Lead analysis of business requirements and translate them into clear technical requirements, budgets, and documentation. • Review technical requirements with development teams to ensure alignment with business needs and long-term scalability. • Perform complex analytical and data analysis and contribute to data model design and strategic solutions. • Serve as a key contributor in agile routines including sprint planning, capacity planning, prioritization, and backlog maintenance. • Review initial testing and implementation to validate accuracy and completeness of delivery. • Support strategic and regulatory program initiatives with clear documentation and stakeholder communication. Required Skills & Qualifications: • Prior experience as a business analyst on significant technical deliveries. • Proficiency with Jira and agile methodologies. • Ability to synthesize complex data into actionable analysis and present to non-technical stakeholders. • Strong communication skills with technical, business, and quantitative model partners. • Proficient in Excel, Word, SQL, and Python. • Experience with project management tools and practices. • Experience in risk technology or risk management environments. • Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills; self-starter with excellent technical aptitude. Preferred Skills: • Background in strategic and regulatory programs within financial services. • Experience contributing to data model design and scalable architectural patterns. Why BCforward?
