Position Details:
• Job Title: Senior Business Analyst
• Location: Harrisburg, PA (Hybrid)
• Interview: Webcam / F2F\\
Work Schedule:
• Telework permitted Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday
• Onsite presence required every Wednesday at the Harrisburg office
Key Responsibilities
• Plan and facilitate requirements gathering sessions and stakeholder workshops to capture and document system enhancement requests.
• Work closely with internal teams, external stakeholders, and vendors to ensure accurate understanding of business needs.
• Translate business needs into clear functional and technical requirements.
• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams throughout the SDLC process.
• Develop and maintain project artifacts and documentation including requirements documents, workflow diagrams, and specifications.
• Construct workflow charts and system diagrams to represent complex business processes.
• Assist with quality assurance activities, including reviewing system functionality and validating business requirements.
• Support testing activities, including development of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scripts and test cases.
• Review testing results and provide subject matter expertise during system validation phases.
• Maintain project documentation within SharePoint and other collaboration platforms.
• Assist in developing training materials and conducting training sessions for end users when needed.

Required Skills & Experience
• Strong experience in IT Business Analysis and requirements documentation.
• Solid understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies.
• Knowledge of BABOK (Business Analysis Body of Knowledge) principles.
• Experience facilitating requirements workshops and stakeholder meetings.
• Experience creating process flows, system diagrams, and technical documentation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Experience with system testing, UAT coordination, and test case development.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Additional Responsibilities
• Analyze data and identify opportunities to improve business processes and system performance.
• Identify system issues and communicate findings clearly to technical teams and stakeholders.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) by applying knowledge of legislation and PDMP program requirements to guide system improvements.
• Lead testing activities and assist in validating enhancements and system updates.
#SKILL MATRIX:
• Seven (7) plus years of relevant experience working closely with stakeholders directly engaged with technical initiatives
• A four (4) year college degree or equivalent
