Summary We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support the Product Owner in capturing and analyzing end-user requirements for consumer-facing data products within manufacturing operations. This role bridges business needs and technical delivery, ensuring that solutions are well-aligned with operational workflows and industry best practices. Key Responsibilities: • Partner with stakeholders across functions to identify operational needs, workflow challenges, and desired outcomes. • Support the Product Owner in translating business requirements into clear, actionable user stories and epics for the product backlog. • Facilitate workshops, interviews, and feedback sessions to capture high-value requirements and guide prioritization of backlog items. • Collaborate with technical subject matter experts to ensure accurate requirement translation, documentation, and traceability throughout the development life cycle. • Maintain alignment with the manufacturing context and ensure delivered solutions meet user expectations. Required Skills: • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Requirements Engineer. • Proven experience in the manufacturing industry. • Strong background in requirements engineering; certification preferred (e.g., CPRE). • Proficiency with UML and BPMN modeling. • Excellent communication skills; fluency in English required.
