Business Analyst

Business Analyst Location: Juno, FL Schedule: Full-time, 1-year contract Duration: 1 year Pay: $28-33/hr Job Responsibilities: In this role, you will manage and support a variety of projects within the business unit. Key responsibilities include: • Conducting operational and financial analyses to support informed decision-making. • Leading medium to large special projects, including: • Quantitative and qualitative research. • Process design and modification. • Development of reports and dashboards using Power BI, SQL, Python, and Excel. • Transforming qualitative information into defined quantitative datapoints. • Using databases to derive insights such as demand modeling, locational analysis, segment analysis, growth modeling, and propensity modeling. • Driving projects to build a more complex customer data environment with enhanced tools and capabilities. • Ensuring alignment of business processes with organizational objectives and regulatory compliance. Essential Duties and Job Functions: • Conduct moderate to complex operational analyses with cross-functional teams to optimize business performance. • Lead process mapping initiatives and drive business initiatives forward with strong project ownership. • Develop cost models, identify opportunities for process improvement, and align with project and customer goals. • Utilize standardized tools and techniques to collect, analyze, and present data for actionable business insights. • Apply market intelligence, data governance, and modeling best practices to support business strategies. • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide solutions to complex business problems. • Ensure that all data analysis and reporting is accurate, comprehensive, and timely. Knowledge & Skills: • Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and critical thinking skills. • Expertise in Power BI, SQL, Python, Excel, and database management. • Knowledge of market intelligence and data governance best practices. • Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills. • Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy. • Ability to transform qualitative insights into quantitative outputs for decision-making. Education & Experience: • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field. • 6-10 years of relevant experience in business analysis, market intelligence, or business process improvement. • Experience in database management, data modeling, and business process optimization. • Familiarity with financial analysis and operational metrics is a plus. ...
