Business Analyst – Digital Transformation Content & Operations Remote 6-Month Contract, potential for extension/full-time hire $/hr Depending on Experience The Digital Applications Team at one of our largest Fortune 200 Energy Generation clients is actively maturing their Digital Transformation capabilities and is building a Digital Hub website designed to centralize key information about solutions, shared technology platforms, value stories, and contact pathways. The Business Analyst will support this effort by gathering, synthesizing, and transforming raw information into structured, usable content that can be published to the Digital Hub. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable collaborating with SMEs, and effective at turning notes, documents, and conversations into organized, consumable artifacts. Requirements: • 3–5 years of business analyst, content operations, or documentation-focused project work • Experience managing and publishing content in SharePoint (document libraries, site pages, navigation, version control, tagging, permissions, etc.) • Strong communication and interviewing skills; ability to work with SMEs to extract and validate information • Ability to recreate and summarize information into one-pagers, product descriptions, quick-start guides, and “how to engage” documentation • Strong organization and attention to detail with ability to manage multiple content streams simultaneously • Familiarity with digital transformation environments and comfort working around technical terminology Bonus Requirements: • Exposure to AI- or data-driven solutions • Experience supporting content for digital product teams • SharePoint site administration experience Your Responsibilities Include: • Partner with Product Owners, Architects, and SMEs to gather assets, notes, and documentation needed for Digital Hub content • Translate raw information into structured summaries, product descriptions, platform pages, and value snapshots • Support organization and taxonomy of content to ensure intuitive navigation across the Digital Hub • Maintain content standards and consistency across contributions from multiple teams • Draft and update documentation such as playbooks (ex: Pro-Code Playbook), “how to engage,” and success story articles • Track content gaps and proactively collaborate with stakeholders to fill them • Assist in ongoing content maintenance, such as versioning, tagging, and quality checks What’s in it for you? • A welcoming and collaborative team environment where your work will play a foundational role in how the business discovers and engages with Digital Transformation initiatives across the nation’s largest producer of carbon-free energy • Eight Eleven Group offers Health, Dental, and Vision benefits, weekly pay, holiday paid time off, and sick leave.
