We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions. The ideal candidate will gather requirements, analyze processes, and collaborate with stakeholders to recommend data-driven solutions that improve efficiency and support organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs, goals, and challenges.
• Gather, document, and prioritize functional and technical requirements.
• Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Develop detailed business requirement documents (BRDs), user stories, and process flows.
• Support project planning, execution, and implementation by coordinating between business teams and IT/development teams.
• Assist in testing, validation, and quality assurance of system enhancements and solutions.
• Monitor project performance and ensure deliverables meet business requirements.
• Provide insights through data analysis, reports, and dashboards to support strategic decision-making.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor’s OR Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
• Proven experience (1–5 years) as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of requirement gathering techniques, process mapping, and documentation.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and collaboration tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Trello).
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
