Business Analyst – Pharma Domain(Contract) UK Remote | Outside IR35 | £400/day |

Role Overview: We are seeking a Business Analyst with strong experience in the Pharmaceutical / Life Sciences domain to bridge business needs with technology solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in regulatory, clinical, safety, or commercial pharma processes. Key Responsibilities: • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements (BRD, FRD, User Stories) • Work closely with stakeholders across Regulatory, Clinical, PV, or Commercial teams • Conduct gap analysis, process mapping, and impact assessments • Support UAT, validation, and compliance activities (GxP) • Collaborate with IT teams for solution design and implementation • Ensure adherence to industry regulations (FDA, EMA, ICH) Required Skills: • Strong understanding of Pharma/Life Sciences processes • Experience with GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, validation documentation • Requirement gathering & stakeholder management • Agile/Scrum methodology experience • Excellent communication skills Good to Have: • Experience with tools like Veeva, SAP, Oracle Argus, or Clinical systems • Knowledge of CSV (Computer System Validation) • Data analysis skills (SQL/Power BI)
