Job Title: Business Analyst (Pharma Marketing Techno-Functional Expert) Location: Foster City, CA Work Arrangement: Hybrid Employment Type: Contract Duration: Multi-Year Long-Term Contract (Based on May 22, 2026 – June 30, 2031 timeline) Pay Range: $52.75/hr. to $59.08/hr. on W2 | $68.57/hr. to $76.80/hr. on C2C Domain: Pharmaceuticals & Life Sciences Commercial Operations (Gilead) Application Deadline: June 15, 2026 SKILLS REQUIRED: Primary (Must-Have): ✔️10 to 14 years of dedicated experience in pharma/life sciences marketing data, commercial analytics, or sales operations ✔️Deep data-level understanding of Patient-Level Data (PLD): sourcing, HIPAA privacy compliance, safe harbor frameworks, and downstream analytics utilization ✔️Proven subject matter expertise in Healthcare Professional (HCP) master data (NPI matching, specialty, affiliations, and prescribing behaviors) to support HCP360 initiatives ✔️Hands-on experience working with data structures from major US pharma marketing vendors (DeepIntent, Medscape, WebMD Health, IQVIA, Veeva, or Symphony Health) ✔️Strong technical proficiency in SQL, dimensional data modeling, and mapping ETL pipelines for enterprise Marketing Data Hub platforms ✔️Required Certification: Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Fundamentals Secondary (Good to Have): ✔️Hands-on exposure to identity resolution workflows in pharma (such as HCP deduplication and NPI cross-referencing) ✔️Familiarity with closed-loop marketing (CLM), digital media channels, and field sales representative digital integrations ✔️Practical experience working within cloud data environments (Databricks, AWS, or Azure) to manage high-volume spatial or temporal media datasets ✔️Working knowledge of Agile/SAFe methodology delivery frameworks within massive enterprise healthcare infrastructure projects POSITION OVERVIEW We are seeking a seasoned, senior-level Pharma Marketing Techno-Functional Domain Expert to act as a Senior Business Analyst onsite/hybrid out of Foster City, CA. This pivotal role sits at the intersection of commercial pharmaceutical strategy and enterprise cloud engineering. Serving as the primary data enablement lead for our HCP360 and Marketing Data Hub initiatives, you will transform raw omnichannel marketing signals, agency clickstreams, and vendor datasets into fully unified, compliant, and actionable analytical foundations that drive cross-channel commercial campaigns. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES ✔️Own end-to-end data enablement workflows for commercial pharma marketing channels, supervising the ingest, structural normalization, and delivery of Patient-Level Data (PLD). ✔️Architect strict data standards, dictionary mappings, and data governance frameworks for aggregate-level media and marketing datasets sourced from third-party vendor platforms. ✔️Lead structural data onboarding paths for HCP360 platforms, translating complex business engagement needs into clear technical data specifications for engineering teams. ✔️Map omni-channel HCP engagement signals (such as digital programmatic impressions, reach, frequency, and NPI-level interactions) back to unified master provider records. ✔️Partner directly with commercial analytics squads to optimize marketing attribution modeling, campaign frequency caps, and field force performance reporting matrixes. ✔️Maintain absolute compliance with pharmaceutical industry regulatory criteria, ensuring strict adherence to HIPAA, NAI guidelines, and localized healthcare data use agreements. ✔️Troubleshoot complex data mapping errors, identify upstream data quality anomalies from vendor feeds, and formulate repeatable programmatic validation scripts to assure source integrity.
