Primary Services is actively recruiting for a Business analyst- Process Automation to support a nationally recognized organization in the digital solutions space. This high-impact role offers a unique opportunity to work alongside strategic leaders and digital transformation teams, playing a key part in the development and implementation of enterprise-level digital platforms and reporting. Responsibilities:
β’ Support the development and execution of digital platform operations and related reporting.
β’ Assist with the launch and maintenance of enterprise-wide automation tools and processes.
β’ Monitor platform performance metrics, identify trends, and recommend areas for improvement.
β’ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless digital workflow integration.
β’ Maintain documentation and assist in the training of users on new systems and features.
β’ Troubleshoot and escalate issues as needed to ensure operational continuity.
β’ Ensure compliance with internal controls and company data standards.
Qualifications:
β’ Bachelorβs degree in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, or related field.
β’ 2+ years of experience in a digital operations, data analytics, or IT business support role.
β’ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
β’ Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) preferred.
β’ Working knowledge of digital workflow platforms and automation tools.
β’ Strong understanding of systems integration and data management concepts.
β’ Experience in documenting business processes and supporting technical teams.
