Responsibilities: β€’ Support the development and execution of digital platform operations and related reporting. β€’ Assist with the launch and maintenance of enterprise-wide automation tools and processes. β€’ Monitor platform performance metrics, identify trends, and recommend areas for improvement. β€’ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless digital workflow integration. β€’ Maintain documentation and assist in the training of users on new systems and features. β€’ Troubleshoot and escalate issues as needed to ensure operational continuity. β€’ Ensure compliance with internal controls and company data standards. Qualifications: β€’ Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, or related field. β€’ 2+ years of experience in a digital operations, data analytics, or IT business support role. β€’ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint. β€’ Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) preferred. β€’ Working knowledge of digital workflow platforms and automation tools. β€’ Strong understanding of systems integration and data management concepts. β€’ Experience in documenting business processes and supporting technical teams.
