Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Entry-Level Business Analyst to join our team in Indianapolis. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements, analyse data, and support project delivery in an Agile environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Gather, document, and analyse business requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications.
• Write and optimize SQL queries for data analysis and reporting.
• Use Python for basic data analysis, automation, and reporting tasks.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Stand-ups, Retrospectives).
• Track tasks and user stories using Jira.
• Maintain documentation and collaborate using SharePoint.
• Create reports, dashboards, and presentations using PowerPoint.
Required Skills:
• Basic knowledge of Python and SQL
• Understanding of Agile methodology
• BigQuery
• Hands-on experience with Jira
• Familiarity with SharePoint
• Strong presentation skills using PowerPoint
• Good analytical and communication skills
