Role Description
This is a contract role for a Business Analyst, located in Austin, TX with hybrid work arrangements allowing some work from home. The Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business processes, gathering business requirements, and communicating findings effectively. Daily tasks include creating detailed business requirements documentation, facilitating meetings with stakeholders, and conducting data analysis to support business decisions.
Qualifications
• Possess strong Analytical Skills and experience in Business Analysis
• Proficiency in understanding and developing Business Processes and Business Requirements
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field
• Experience in a similar role or industry is beneficial
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
Ideal
· Medicaid knowledge, especially in Texas including TIERS experience
Essential
· Strong SQL skills, Oracle and Snowflake preferred
· Experience with developing and documenting test cases
· strong analysis, organization, communication and writing
Highly Desired
· Non-pharma Health care experience (insurance is a partial substitute)
o Should have multiple years of health care including some in the last 5 years
· Informatica MDM experience (including mastering and matching concepts)
· Informatica Data Quality experience
