Join a collaborative team driving critical data initiatives for financial systems within a large-scale enterprise environment. In this fully remote role, you will gather and analyze business requirements, support reporting systems, and contribute to the evolution of a robust data warehouse. Working in an Agile environment, you'll help bridge the gap between technical teams and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and smooth project execution. Accountabilities:
β’ Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for system enhancements and modifications
β’ Develop business requirement documents, user stories, and related documentation
β’ Collaborate closely with technical teams to design and implement data warehouse improvements
β’ Conduct system testing including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
β’ Support Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and demos
β’ Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure consistent communication and alignment
β’ Provide on-call support as needed, depending on the project phase
Requirements
β’ 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
β’ Strong command of SQL and hands-on experience with system reporting tools (Oracle, SQL)
β’ Proven experience in systems testing (unit, integration, UAT)
β’ Solid background in Agile software development methodologies
β’ Preferred: Experience with data warehouse applications, database reporting features, and Jira
β’ Preferred: Background in project and/or product management
β’ Must be located in the state of Texas
