Technical Lead / Business Analyst
Remote work 100% EST time zone

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, or related field.
Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the retail or e-commerce domain.
Strong understanding of retail processes: merchandising, inventory management, promotions, pricing, supply chain, and store operations.
Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
Experience working with retail ERP/POS/CRM systems is an advantage.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
