Title: Lead, Global Sales Planning (Business Analyst)
Location: Beaverton, OR (Hybrid)
Duration: 6 months (07/08/2026 – 01/08/2027)
Pay Range: $56-58/hr. on W2
Job Description:
Support the Global Sales Planning organization by delivering business analysis, executive reporting, and cross-functional planning support. Partner with Sales, Finance, Global Planning, and Geography teams to transform complex business data into executive-ready presentations and compelling business narratives that drive strategic decision-making.
This role is focused on business analysis and storytelling rather than traditional forecasting or retail planning. The ideal candidate is analytical, highly organized, and experienced working across multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
Job Functions:
• Analyze business performance data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Build executive presentations, reports, dashboards, and business review materials.
• Support monthly business reviews and critical planning cycles.
• Coordinate planning activities across Global Sales Planning, Finance, and regional teams.
• Validate data accuracy, reconcile reporting differences, and resolve data issues.
• Develop executive-ready business narratives by translating complex data into actionable insights.
• Manage planning timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional follow-up activities.
• Collaborate with leadership and business partners to ensure alignment across planning initiatives.
• Create visual reports and presentations using advanced Excel and presentation tools.
• Support process improvements and operational planning initiatives as needed.
Skills/Abilities:
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, and formulas.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and business storytelling abilities.
• Experience creating executive presentations and visual reports.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Tableau or AI productivity tools is a plus.
Experience:
• 5+ years of Business Analyst or similar analytical experience.
• Experience supporting executive business reviews, planning, or strategic reporting.
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
