I am hiring for Salesforce Business Analyst
Location: Knutsford / Glasgow - Hybrid / 2-3 days Per week in Office
• Extensive experience as a Senior Business Analyst, Lead Business Analyst, or Principal Business Analyst within complex enterprise environments.
• Strong hands-on experience delivering Salesforce transformation programmes, including exposure to Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and/or Marketing Cloud.
• Proven experience within Financial Services, Banking, Insurance, Wealth Management, or FinTech organisations.
• Demonstrated ability to lead requirements definition, solution analysis, and stakeholder engagement at programme scale.
• Strong experience working in Agile, Scrum, SAFe, or Scaled Agile delivery environments.
• Expertise in user story creation, acceptance criteria definition, backlog management, and UAT support.
