Power BI Engineer

Power BI Engineer (Snowflake) London Hybrid Inside IR35 up to £575 Per Day I’m supporting a leading consultancy on a major Credit Risk transformation programme with a financial services client, looking for a Power BI Engineer with strong Snowflake cloud platform experience to deliver high-quality, data-driven reporting solutions. What we’re looking for The right Power BI Engineer should have: • Strong hands-on experience with Power BI (dashboards, DAX, Power Query, data modelling) • Proven experience working with the Snowflake cloud platform • Experience integrating Power BI with Snowflake as a primary data source • Strong understanding of semantic models, analytics layers, and large datasets • Experience implementing data governance and security (e.g., Row-Level Security) • Ability to optimise performance across reports, models, and refresh strategies • Confident working with both technical teams and business stakeholders • Experience within financial services or risk reporting (desirable) What’s in it for you? • Up to £575 per day (Inside IR35) • 6-month initial contract with strong extension potential • Hybrid working – 3 days onsite in London • Opportunity to work on a high-profile Snowflake platform engagement • Immediate start available To hear more about this Power BI Engineer (Snowflake) role, contact Daire McIlhatton at Anson McCade.
