Description:
We are hiring experienced Business Analyst to support a long-term underwriting transformation programme within a global insurance organisation. You will work closely with underwriting, product, and technology teams in an Agile environment.
Key points:
• Translate underwriting needs into clear, actionable requirements
• Write user stories, acceptance criteria, and support Scrum backlog refinement in Azure DevOps
• Analyse current workflows, define future-state processes, and support Agile/Scrum delivery
• Participate in stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
• Partner closely with Product Owners, UX, and subject matter experts
• Ideal for a BA with insurance / underwriting experience
