Expected Duration: Contract to hire Job Type: [Contract (40 hours weekly) Salary Range: $90.00 per hour on W2 - $98.00 per hour on W2 Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.). Overview: This role is responsible for leading and supporting the migration of planning processes from SAP CAMS to a Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) platform. The candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring requirements are captured, solutions are designed, and the migration is executed seamlessly to support enterprise planning and product development objectives. Key Responsibilities: • Conduct requirements assessment and gap analysis to define migration needs. • Document current SAP CAMS planning processes and map them to PLM capabilities. • Develop migration strategies, blueprints, and technical specifications. • Collaborate with architects, developers, and business users to design scalable PLM solutions. • Perform data validation, integration testing, and connector/interface validation. • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and provide Hypercare assistance post deployment. • Deliver training and update documentation to reflect new PLM processes. • Ensure compliance with enterprise standards, security protocols, and best practices. Qualifications: • Proven experience migrating planning processes from SAP CAMS to PLM systems. • Strong knowledge of SAP CAMS functionality and PLM platforms (e.g., Siemens Teamcenter, Dassault ENOVIA, PTC Windchill, or equivalent). • Experience in process mapping, requirements gathering, and solution design. • Familiarity with data validation, testing methodologies, and UAT facilitation. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. • Ability to work in cross functional teams and manage complex migration projects.
