Title: Business Analyst Location: Remote (East hours) Duration: 6 Month Initial Contract Compensation: $45- $55/hr Work Requirements: US Citizen, GC Holders or Authorized to Work in the U.S. Business Analyst Job Description: • We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst with strong HTML email development expertise and Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) experience to join our Agile scrum team. • Not a traditional marketing role — this position requires deep hands-on knowledge of email coding and deployment within SFMC. • You will play a key role in building, reviewing, and deploying high-volume email campaigns in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. • Build and develop HTML emails within Salesforce Marketing Cloud, with a focus on hand-coding and quality control. • Collaborate within a Scrum team, participating in multiple daily standups and agile ceremonies. • Deploy 15+ email campaigns per month, ensuring accuracy, deliverability, and brand compliance. • Review peer code and provide quality assurance on email builds. • Provide regular updates on task status and blockers during standups. • Communicate clearly with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on priorities and timelines. • Participate in sprint planning and retrospectives to continually improve workflow and team velocity. Qualifications: • Extensive hands-on HTML coding experience, specifically for email. • Deep experience working within Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) for building and deploying email campaigns. • Comfortable working in a high-volume email environment (15+ campaigns per month). • Experience working in a Scrum/Agile framework, including daily standups and sprint cycles. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Experience with other ESPs like Adobe Campaign, Marketo, or similar platforms. • Familiarity with version control tools and agile project management systems (e.g., Jira). • Basic understanding of QA methodologies and deployment processes.
