Business Analyst

Robert Half is seeking a Business Analyst with a strong focus on Workday HCM to support and mature HR business processes for a construction company based in Seattle, WA. In this position, you will be responsible for bridging the gap between HR and Technical teams, facilitating change and providing guidance. Apply today! Duration: 6 month contract with potential to convert Location: Hybrid in Seattle, WA (3 days onsite / Tuesday - Thursdays) Schedule: Monday – Friday 8am to 5pm PST Pay: $65-$70/hourly on W2 Responsibilities: • Partner with HR leadership and business stakeholders to mature and optimize business processes. • Conduct current-state vs. future-state analysis, identifying gaps and opportunities for improvement. • Create clear, well-structured documentation, including process flows, requirements, and analysis artifacts. Required Qualifications: • Proven experience as a Business Analyst supporting Workday in Core HCM. • Provide guidance to HR Teams, strengthening communication between their associated teams. • Strong experience conducting gap analysis and defining future-state solutions. • Experience using Azure DevOps for sprint reporting and work tracking. • High emotional intelligence with the ability to work across a wide range of audiences and leadership levels.
