Senior Business Analyst – ServiceNow Specialist (UK) Hybrid / Remote (UK-based). Inside IR35. 12 months contract. We are working with a leading financial services organisation on a major ServiceNow transformation programme and have three distinct contract opportunities for experienced Senior Business Analysts. Each role focuses on a different area of expertise, so candidates do not need experience across all three domains, you only need to be strong in one. Role Overview You will work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements, translate them into effective ServiceNow solutions, and lead delivery teams through implementation. These roles involve engaging senior banking stakeholders, advocating for out-of-the-box (OOB) configurations, and ensuring alignment with ITIL best practices. Available Roles (Choose Your Specialism): 1. Governance & Compliance Focus • Audit readiness and documentation • IRM migration and governance workflows • HAM/SAM lifecycle management and EUC compliance 1. Enterprise Platform Management Focus • Patch management and platform lifecycle oversight • Alignment with enterprise architecture standards • Governance for platform stability, scalability, and risk mitigation 1. Cloud & Infrastructure Focus • Controlled migration of legacy applications to modern platforms • Cloud workflows and infrastructure automation • Integration of ServiceNow with cloud and infrastructure environments Key Responsibilities (Common Across All Roles): • Facilitate workshops, gather requirements, and educate stakeholders on ServiceNow best practices • Lead design, configuration, and implementation of ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM) • Analyse current processes and identify automation opportunities • Oversee data mapping, testing, and UAT to ensure successful delivery • Provide leadership and mentoring to junior team members Skills & Experience Required: • 5+ years as a Business Analyst within IT Service Management consulting • Proven experience in ServiceNow implementations and optimisations • Strong understanding of ITIL processes and frameworks • Expertise in one of the three focus areas above • Banking or financial services experience highly desirable • ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, CIS-ITSM) preferred Contract Details: • Inside IR35 • Competitive day rate • Hybrid working (UK-based) If you have the expertise to deliver complex ServiceNow solutions and want to be part of a high-profile transformation programme, apply now for immediate consideration.
