Business Analyst

We are seeking a motivated Business Analyst with 2–4 years of experience who can bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders, analyze business processes, and translate requirements into clear documentation that supports project delivery and operational improvements. Responsibilities • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders • Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and process flows • Analyze data and business processes to identify improvement opportunities • Work with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and operations • Support testing activities including test case creation and user acceptance testing (UAT) • Track project progress, risks, and issues while ensuring alignment with business objectives • Prepare reports, dashboards, and documentation for business and technical teams Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, IT, or a related field • 2–4 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Experience with requirements gathering, BRDs/FRDs, and process documentation • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) • Familiarity with Agile or Scrum environments is a plus • Excellent written and verbal communication skills Preferred Skills • Experience with SQL or data analysis tools • Knowledge of reporting or visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau • • Ability to collaborate effectively with both business and technical teams
