• Senior Business Analyst
In this contingent resource assignment, candidate may:
• Consult as an expert to develop or influence initiatives and resources for highly complex business and technical needs across Business Execution.
• Consult on the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring in depth evaluation across multiple areas, delivering solutions that are long-term, large-scale and require vision, creativity, innovation, and advanced analytical and inductive thinking.
• Provide expertise to client senior leadership on innovative Business Execution business solutions.
• Strategically engage with client personnel.
Required Qualifications:
• 7 plus years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
Experience Required:
• 6 plus years of relevant professional experience (senior resource due to high level of scrutiny but can work with midlevel years of experience.
• If they are not 10 plus they should be really good)
Role Overview:
• Client is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support an optimization initiative within the third party risk space.
• The STORM application is undergoing significant changes, and this role will help drive efficiency, process improvements, and system enhancements in close partnership with the Product Owner.
Key Responsibilities:
• Partner with Agile teams to support user stories, test planning, and execution.
• Analyze, manage, and upload data into applications (Excel proficiency required).
• Provide functional support for applications and ensure smooth deployment.
• Conduct root cause analysis and support risk reduction activities.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to manage requirements, documentation, and deliverables.
• Support supply chain and third party risk initiatives.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Strong Agile methodology experience.
• Proficiency in Excel, data management, and reporting.
• Background in supply chain or third party risk preferred.
• Experience in application support, enhancement management, and deployment.
• Excellent communication skills with proven ability to follow through and deliver results.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Soft Skills:
• Exceptional communicator, able to work closely with the Product Owner and stakeholders.
• Proactive, accountable, and reliable in driving initiatives to completion.
