Business Analyst

Our client, a leading organization in the technology and service management industry, is seeking a Business Analyst to join their team. As a Business Analyst, you will be part of the Service Management Office supporting ITSM/ESM initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Business Analyst Location: Nashville, TN (REMOTE) Pay Range What's the Job? • Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and the Service Management Office to ensure service management processes, tools, and governance frameworks meet organizational needs. • Gather and analyze requirements for ITSM and ESM processes, documenting functional and non-functional needs. • Support the design, mapping, and improvement of service management workflows aligned with ITIL and SIAM principles. • Analyze service performance metrics, SLAs, and KPIs, preparing dashboards and reports for governance meetings. • Assist in configuration, testing, and validation of ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow, ensuring data integrity and system integrations. What's Needed? • 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in ITSM/ESM environments. • Familiarity with ITIL processes and service management frameworks. • Knowledge of ITSM tools, particularly ServiceNow, and proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools like Excel and Power BI. • Certifications such as ITIL Foundation, ServiceNow Fundamentals, and ServiceNow Certified System Administrator. • Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills, with experience in multi-vendor environments and Agile methodologies.
