Contract Opportunity – Business Analyst (Process, Data Science & AI) We are seeking Business Analysts to support a major process transformation initiative with a strong focus on data science and AI. This is a 6-month, hourly-rate contract with the potential to extend. The role is fully remote and open to EU citizens only. Key Details • Contract Type: Hourly rate, initial 6 months • Location: Fully remote (EU-based only) • Eligibility: EU citizenship required • Experience: 5–9 years, ideally with a service provider background • Rates: Competitive hourly rates Role Overview As a Business Analyst, you will act as the critical bridge between business stakeholders, process transformation teams, and technical delivery teams, ensuring AI solutions are aligned with strategic goals and scalable across the organization. Key Responsibilities • Collaborate with process teams to document and validate AS-IS and TO-BE processes, aligning with TRD transformation goals and SPINE roadmap milestones. • Gather, analyse, and prioritise user requirements via workshops, interviews, and document analysis. • Ensure end-to-end traceability of requirements across process, system, and data layers. • Partner with AI architects and data teams to define scalable, integrated solutions. Required Background / Skills • Strong experience in business process modeling, digital transformation, and enterprise systems. • Track record of working on SPINE or similar digital transformation initiatives. • Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and their enterprise applications. • Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Confluence, and process mapping software. • Industry background in Life sciences (Pharma, Biotech, Medtech) If you meet the criteria and are interested in this opportunity, please reach out with your CV and proposed hourly rate.
