Business Analyst

Job Title: IAM/PAM Business Analyst Location: Jersey City, NJ (Hybrid 3 days onsite & 2 days remote) Duration: 12 months+ contract IAM or PAM Business Analyst- 2 years of BA experience with knowledge of PAM or IAM. Hybrid Agile environment. Description • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements related to PAM solutions. • Analyze existing processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and optimization. • Assist in the design and implementation of PAM solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and security standards. • Conduct gap analysis and risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities in privileged access management. • Develop and maintain documentation, including business requirements, process flows, and user guides. • Facilitate meetings and workshops with stakeholders to gather feedback and validate requirements. • Support testing and validation of PAM solutions to ensure they meet business needs and compliance requirements. • Provide training and support to end-users on PAM tools and processes. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. • 2 to 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the cybersecurity or IT security domain. • Familiarity with IAM or Privileged Access Management concepts and tools (e.g., CyberArk, BeyondTrust, etc.). • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams. • Knowledge of regulatory compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA) is a plus. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with project management tools.
