About the Role
We’re seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to support a major global transformation programme aimed at delivering a next-generation Credit Risk management system. This role is central to shaping and delivering scalable, efficient solutions across credit underwriting, exposure management, and trade finance functions.
What You’ll Do
• Gather and document requirements from stakeholders across Credit, Commercial, Compliance, and IT.
• Analyse current credit and trading processes to identify improvement opportunities and design effective solutions.
• Create clear, actionable documentation for technical teams and align system capabilities with business needs.
• Work closely with external vendors to ensure software meets functional and operational requirements.
• Support testing, training, and adoption to drive successful implementation and end-user satisfaction.
Key Challenges
• Managing competing priorities and aligning diverse stakeholder expectations.
• Translating complex technical concepts into business-friendly language.
• Driving innovation in a global, fast-paced environment.
Skills & Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in Credit, Risk Management, or Trading, preferably within the energy or financial services sector.
• Strong understanding of credit processes, financial products, and regulatory standards.
• Experience delivering software implementation projects, ideally in finance or trading.
• Familiarity with business analysis frameworks and tools (Agile, Scrum, UML preferred).
• Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
• Relevant certifications (Agile, Lean Sigma, PMP) are a plus.
