About the Job: Job Title: Business Analyst (Procurement, SAP, Supply Chain Transformation) Location: Remote with occasional onsite meetings (as required by project) Duration: 6–12 months with potential extension No. of Positions: 1 • JOB DESCRIPTIONSharing the high level role description attached which is aligned to ProcureFusion and ProcureIntel requirements, but specifically looking for Client with experience in the following different areas: • ProcureIntel – analytics capabilities stream: • BA with deep expertise on SAP Ariba, who knows the data architecture and can support us in identifying data sources within the system. • Procurement Client with Procurement experience (Spend, Supplier, Contracts, BOM etc) that have Technical data analysis skills, ideally with SQL, Python or other tools (not just Excel). • Stakeholder management and requirements gathering and technical documentation experience.We need people that can engage with (non technical) Procurement SMEs, speak their language and be able to assess data. • ProcureCollab programme – automation, eSourcing, Procurement Tech: • To support Autonomous eSourcing, AI/Automation projects: • Business Analyst role in Procurement Transformation projects • Working with procurement processes/ workflows and sourcing activities, ideally with some knowledge of tail spend across MRO, Indirects • Optimizing procurement processes and systems through use of AI, automation • Understanding of AI concepts/tools and experience of AI/automation projects ideally within a procurement context • Process mapping (as is/ to be) • Requirements gathering/ prioritisation • Stakeholder management • Change management
