Job Title: Shopify Full-Stack Developer
Job Type: Full-Time (Remote)
ARMRA Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9am - 6pm EST
About ARMRA: ARMRA® was born from a near-fatal health crisis that forced its Founder & CEO, Dr. Sarah Rahal, to uncover what modern life has stolen. As a pediatric neurologist, she turned to exhaustive research and ancient wisdom to find a solution—not just for herself, but for the growing health crisis affecting us all. Your body isn’t broken—it’s brilliantly designed for strength, resilience, and vitality. But the modern world scrambles the signal, disconnecting you from the intelligence encoded within. ARMRA Colostrum™ is nature’s original blueprint with 400+ bioactive nutrients that restore what modern life strips away. It works at the cellular level to remind your body of its original code and reawaken its innate intelligence—so you can reclaim your birthright to thrive.

Site Performance & Optimization

• Diagnose and resolve bottlenecks, bugs, and technical SEO issues in collaboration with marketing.
• Optimize code and assets for performance while maintaining visual and functional integrity.
• Leverage AI tools to identify UX opportunities, automate QA, and benchmark against industry best practices.
Tracking & Analytics Infrastructure
• Ensure accurate implementation of event tracking, tags, pixels, and server-side tracking across platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.).
• Collaborate with growth and analytics teams to QA tracking for new campaigns, product launches, and experiments.
• Maintain robust tracking documentation and proactively adapt to privacy regulations, cookie policy changes, and evolving ad tech.
• Explore AI-driven analytics solutions to surface actionable insights from user behavior data.
Collaboration & Project Execution
• Partner cross-functionally with eCommerce, creative, CX, growth, and external vendors to ship high-impact updates and features.
• Support QA efforts for site changes, seasonal campaigns, product launches, and third-party app integrations.
• Provide technical feasibility assessments for new initiatives, incorporating AI and emerging tech opportunities.
• Collaborate with the Director of IT on infrastructure projects such as DNS management, security, and scalability planning.
Industry Awareness & Innovation
• Stay ahead of Shopify platform updates, Liquid framework changes, and ecosystem app developments.
• Monitor AI, martech, and eCommerce industry trends to proactively recommend new tools, features, and optimizations.
• Champion experimentation with emerging technologies that align with brand goals, improve conversion, and deepen customer relationships.
Qualifications & Skills:
• 5–7+ years of experience as a full-stack developer in a brand, agency, or high-growth eCommerce environment.
• Manage version control and collaborative code reviews using Git and GitHub, ensuring clean, documented, and scalable deployments across environments.
• Deep expertise in Shopify (Liquid), JavaScript, and building/consuming custom APIs.
• Strong experience with site speed optimization, performance audits, and mobile-first development.
• Strong track record implementing event tracking, pixels, and server-side data pipelines.
• Comfortable navigating high-priority, fast-paced project cycles with multiple stakeholders.
• Brand-side experience preferred; agency experience also considered with strong brand exposure.
• Proactive, collaborative, and excited to build scalable systems from the ground up.
