Duties Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, ensuring clarity and alignment with organizational goals. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Tableau, Power BI, Looker, and other visualization tools to provide actionable insights. Lead projects within an Agile framework, coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver solutions on time and within scope. Design and optimize databases using Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, or other relational database systems; implement database design best practices. Conduct data analysis utilizing SQL, R, Python, VBA, Bash (Unix shell), Talend, and ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data efficiently. Support the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) by participating in planning, testing, deployment, and documentation activities. Create process diagrams and workflows using Visio to visualize complex systems and facilitate communication among technical teams. Engage in business analysis activities including gap analysis, process mapping, and stakeholder interviews to identify areas for enhancement. Assist in integrating linked data sources to enable comprehensive analytics and reporting capabilities. Experience Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role with a strong foundation in data analysis skills. Hands-on expertise with Tableau, Power BI, Looker or comparable visualization platforms. Solid understanding of Agile project management methodologies and SDLC processes. Proficiency in SQL programming along with experience working with Microsoft SQL Server or Oracle databases. Familiarity with ETL tools such as Talend or similar platforms for data integration tasks. Knowledge of programming languages including R and Python for advanced analytics projects. Experience designing databases and implementing database solutions using best practices in database design. Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly through documentation created in Visio or similar tools. Strong analytical thinking skills combined with excellent problem-solving abilities to interpret large datasets effectively.
