Senior Consultant, Reporting & Analytics
Our Strategic Sourcing & Real Estate organization acts as a trusted advisor to the business and is supported by a Center of Excellence that delivers critical reporting and operational support.
Position SummaryThe Senior Consultant, Reporting & Analytics is responsible for the end to end production, accuracy, and delivery of recurring SSRE reporting. The role owns a portfolio of high visibility deliverables and applies strong finance/accounting discipline to ensure outputs are timely, controlled, and audit ready. Tableau expertise is required to refresh, publish, and distribute standardized reporting outputs (not dashboard development).\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_Key Responsibilities
Own the recurring reporting calendar and deliver assigned outputs on time and with consistent definitions.
Produce and maintain standardized reporting packages, including documentation, refresh cadence, and control checks.
Deliver core SSRE reporting, including:
o State DOI reportingo Tier 2 quarterly reportingo Vendor rebates tracking and reportingo Fleet & Pool Cars reportingo Corporate Aircraft reportingo Executive Services reporting
Provide WAVE tool savings administration support, including tracking and recurring reporting support.
Perform reconciliations, variance analysis, and reasonableness checks to ensure reporting accuracy and completeness.
Use Tableau to refresh and distribute standardized reporting outputs and maintain reliable publishing routines (reporting use).
Partner with stakeholders to confirm requirements, resolve data issues, and communicate drivers and exceptions clearly.
Identify opportunities to streamline and strengthen recurring reporting processes (reduce manual steps, improve controls, improve repeatability).\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_
Qualifications
Bachelorβs degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, or related discipline (or equivalent experience).
5+ years experience in financial reporting, operational reporting, controls, or similar roles.
Experience in insurance or financial services strongly preferred.
Tableau expertise required (refresh, publishing, standardized reporting outputs).
SQL or Python skills are a plus
Strong Excel skills, high attention to detail, and proven ability to manage multiple recurring deadlines.
Strong communication skills and comfort working with cross-functional partners.
Pay: Up to $59.00 per hour
