About the Role
Weβre looking for a Senior Data Scientist who can turn complex data into real business impact. This role sits within a high-visibility analytics team supporting digital, product, and customer experience initiatives across the organization.
Youβll work closely with cross-functional teams to uncover insights, build predictive models, and influence key business decisions. This is a hands-on role that blends data science, experimentation, and storytelling β ideal for someone who enjoys both the technical work and the business side of analytics.
What Youβll Do
Use advanced analytics and machine learning techniques to solve business problems
Design and execute experiments to evaluate product and customer strategies
Build and deploy predictive models using structured and unstructured data
Translate complex findings into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders
Partner with Product, Marketing, and leadership teams to drive data-informed decisions
Research and apply modern data science and AI techniques
What You Bring
Bachelorβs degree + 3+ years of experience in Data Science / Analytics
(or Masterβs degree in a related STEM field)
Strong experience with:
Python or R
SQL (required)
Data visualization tools (Tableau or similar)
Hands-on experience with:
Machine learning (scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or similar)
Statistical analysis and modeling techniques
Experimentation (A/B testing, hypothesis testing)
Ability to work with large datasets and multiple data sources
Strong communication skills β able to explain data to non-technical stakeholdersNice to Have
Experience with cloud ML tools (AWS SageMaker or similar)
Exposure to big data tools and scalable data pipelines
Background in financial services or consumer-focused industries
